29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Clover Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant, Kings Canyon, CA, 07/13/2016: An energized yellow extension cord being used to power a Sunbeam microwave oven lacked strain relief on the male end and the inner conductors were exposed.
