29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: On or about 7/22/2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using a 6-foot aluminum A-frame step ladder in the closed position which was leaning against the structure, to access the upper level of a roof at approximately 12 feet above the first roof level.
