29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) Alfredo Painting and Construction at 2100 N Ursula Street, Aurora, CO  80045:  On and before February 17, 2016, an employee was painting the trim while working on an elevated open landing near the entrance to the atrium.  No guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other fall protection was in use.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
