29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 4280 to 4290 Williamsburg Road Lower Paxton, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity on an apartment complex with a 4 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 19 feet to the ground below, on or about July 28, 2016. No abatement certification or documentation required.
