29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Rousselle 80 Ton Mechanical Press: Employees performing cleaning of the Servo material feeder (model number SRF-5S, serial number 200810-04874) were exposed to ingoing nip point created by the in-feed gear and roller of the material feeder.
