29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Battery Handler Changing Area, on or about and at times preceding to July 27, 2016, chain and sprocket on the inside of BHS automatic transfer carriage (battery handler), model #ATC-24V serial #DQ19894 was not fully enclosed, creating an amputation hazard.
