29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, (1988 Edition, Revision 3 or the Millennium Edition):  a) Mira Vista Ln: On or about July 29, 2016, and at times prior, workers were exposed to struck by hazards in that traffic control personnel and devices were not appropriate for conditions such as a flagger not using paddles, moving traffic control barrels to reduce traffic to on-lane only with no signs to warn oncoming traffic and no flagger present.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
