29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:      (a)   Sunrise Framing, LLC at 7708 E Academy Pl, Denver, CO 80230:  On or before June 20, 2016 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee framing the second level of a new residential home was standing on the top plate and was working near the edge of the building without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.        (b)  Sunrise Framing, LLC at 7708 E Academy Pl, Denver, CO 80230:  On or before June 20, 2016 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees framing the second level of a new residential home were standing on the ceiling joists without utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the lower level.
