29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by pinch points: (a) Boose Aluminum Company - Cornwall Plant - The employer did not provide adequate guarding for the pinch point created by the sand box and the core box on the SHALCO, Core Machine, Serial Number 0204, on or about April 5, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The abatement certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
