29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: Conveyor system, west: On or about August 1, 2016 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, while sorting boxes on a conveyor system that had an unsupported emergency stop button exposing 120 volt electrical conductors that did not have strain relief to protect the sheathing.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Conveyor system, east: On or about August 1, 2016 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard, while sorting boxes on a conveyor system that had unprotected 600 volt electrical conductors that did not have fittings to protect the sheathing.
