29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): Employer did not implement feasible administrative or engineering controls when employees are subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16: The employer has not implement feasible engineering or administrative controls at the compressor located in the Powerhouse. Employee engaged in compressor maintenance in powerhouse was exposed to a recorded personal noise dosimeter sound level of 91.7 decibels equivalent to 126.6 dose percentage was beyond 1.26 times over the permissible exposure limit during 337 minutes sampling period on September 30, 2016.
