29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):   Employer did not assess the workplace to determine hazards at the Combo and Printing warehouses at this job site such as but not limited to:  a) At printing warehouse employer closed garage doors during high heat temperature day and did not take into consideration temperature, airflow, evaporation of chemicals, and flammability of chemicals, paint and thinners.   b) Air monitoring to asses air contaminates in printing area and combo area.  c) Preventive maintenance program of exhaust system in Printing and Combo warehouse to ensure proper air exchange.
