29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. At the angle machine while in operation, a guard was not provided where an employee placed his hand to retrieve a part from the machine exposing him to struck-by and caught-in hazards.
