OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazard:       On or about July 28, 2016, an employee was working beneath the raised bucket of a Bobcat Skid steer 853 H (serial number 510375391) in order to rebuild a hydraulic lift arm cylinder and the lift arm and the bucket were not secured from falling. The employee was struck by the bucket when a hydraulic line failed.
