29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59): (a) On or about July 26, 2016 for employees exposed to fire and explosion hazards where flammable gas detection equipment was not used while employees were cutting into pipeline that was used to carry flammable gases at the project site located near 15th Street SW in Dickinson, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 959515, Citation 1, Item 2B, and was affirmed as a final order on August 28, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at the Firebird 11-12H well site near Killdeer, North Dakota.
