29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On August 2, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 20.4 feet while replacing roofing material on two existing townhomes. G & M Exteriors Pros, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1079551, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 30, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 528 Palace Ct., Schaumburg, IL 60193. G & M Exteriors Pros, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1089379, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 30, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2244 Brent Ct., Schaumburg, IL 60194.
