29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object. a. On or about August 2, 2016, in the rear facia area, forklift operators were allowed to move and deliver stock by driving directly up to employees standing in front of assigned workstations. There was no partition between the forklifts and the employees standing in front of their assigned workstations. Employees were thereby exposed to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. a. On or about August 2, 2016, in the rear facia line at the inspection area, employees were required to work by an open 440 volt electrical control panel next to the line. Employees were thereby exposed to electrical hazards.
