On or about August 2, 2016, in the rear facia area, forklift operators were allowed to move and deliver stock by driving directly up to employees standing in front of assigned workstations.  There was no partition between the forklifts and the employees standing in front of their assigned workstations.  Employees were thereby exposed to struck-by hazards.
