29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about August 2, 2016 for employees exposed to fall hazards of up to 25 feet while roofing a residence with a roof pitch of approximately 6:12 located at 433 Aspen Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 967541, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 1510 First Avenue NW in Mandan, North Dakota.
