29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): Firefighting equipment was not periodically inspected:  (a) Location - 300 Mass Mills Drive, Lowell, MA: On or about 8/2/16, the employer failed to maintain fire extinguishers. Fire extinguishers were not periodically inspected on the jobsite.    Dellbrook Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29CFR1926.150(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 9399949, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/7/14, with respect to a workplace located 483 Great Neck Road, Mashipee, MA 02649.
