29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about August 2, 2016, an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet.  The employee was installing roofing materials on a new residential home located in Mason, Ohio 44040.  The employee was working on the edge of a roof with a pitch of about 6-12, without a personal fall arrest system.
