29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(2): Chemical manufacturers, importers, distributors, and employers were not in compliance with all modified provisions of this section no later than June 1, 2015: Where chemical products were used such as ProChem 508, CG Series Ink, Hardener, Isopropyl Alcohol, and other chemical products, safety data sheets according to the format required by the modified provisions of 2012, were not available for all chemical products, such as, but not limited to ProChem 508, a flammable liquid and eye irritant. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).
