On or about August 3, 2016 at worksite 804 N. Main Street in Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was using a pnematic nail gun to wood to the frame of a residential home without having any means of eye or face protective equipment. Abatement certification for this item is not required.

Main Street in Kansas City, Missouri - Employees were observed performing leading edge work 17 feet above ground without wearing fall protection. Abatement verification is not required for this item. The employer removed the employee from the roof at the time of inspection.
