South East side, front building, On or about August 03, 2016, employees were exposed to falls, when working at the very edge of the open side floor, which was not provided with guard rails, while installing parapet walls. b. South West side, front building, On or about August 03, 2016, employees were exposed to falls, when working at the very edge of the open side floor, which was not provided with guard rails, while installing parapet walls.
