29 CFR 1910.305(j)(3)(ii): A means to disconnect each appliance was not provided: (a) Tackett Fish Farms, GPS 33.5107325, -90.5499726, Sunflower, MS - On or about July 25, 2016, the standby generating set at Tackett Fish Farms pole number 10B did not have a means to disconnect the transfer switch from the incoming utility power to prevent contact with live electrical parts.
