(b) On or about August 3, 2016, at 50-01 Rockaway Beach Boulevard, Far Rockaway, NY 11691    The spiral metal electrical conduit connecting the Marathon Electric Series E Model 7VH 326TTDC4026AA S motor, which powers the Carolina Blower Model 55-6-SD fan, to the electrical supply was damaged. The resulting gap in the conduit allowed combustible wood dust to infiltrate and accumulate inside the conduit and possibly the motor itself, where it could come into contact with live parts, meaning it was unsuitable for a Class II Division 2 Hazardous Location.
