29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) On or about August 4, 2106 at worksite 4015 Birchwood Dr, Kansas City, Missouri--employees were exposed to a fall hazard when performing roofing activities at an elevation of approximately 21-25 feet , without an approved form of fall protection, to include, guardrail, safety net , or personal fall arrest system. Abatement certification not required for this item.
