29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) Jobsite, intersection of Penn Avenue and 11th Street, New Brighton, PA 15066: Observed on or about August 3, 2016, employees engaged in roofing activities on a steep roof with a pitch of approximately 8 in 12 (vertical to horizontal) were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
