29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):   A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    (a) On or about August 4, 2016 at worksite 800 Markey Parkway, Belton, Missouri- An employees was engaged in carpentry activities of an exterior wall on the southeast side of the structure ,were exposed to falls of approximately 20 feet to the surface below. The employee was working from an elevated JLG 600S aerial lift without safety harness and  lanyard.    (b) On or about August 4, 2016 at worksite 800 Markey Parkway, Belton, Missouri- An employees was engaged in carpentry activities of an exterior wall on the southeast side of the structure ,were exposed to falls of approximately 20 feet to the surface below. The employee was working from an elevated JLG 600SJ aerial lift without safety harness and  lanyard.       Abatement certification not required for this item.
