29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. Canyon Waste Water Treatment: On or about August 2, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to serious eye and skin damage from handling corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, Sodium Hypochlorite while changing the tanks and checking levels in Tank Room.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: a. Bear Management: On or about August 1, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from Petroleum Gasoline cans labeled H20, mislabeled 10% Formalin Solution, Nolvasan Cleaner, and Gear Oil. b. Wolf Management: On or about August 1, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from storing an unknown chemical in a PowerAde bottle and labeling the bottle with a skull and crossbones. c. Canyon Visitor Center: On or about August 1, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from mislabeled containers containing glycol, paint stored in baked bean cans, and an unknown chemical stored in an all purpose spray bottle. Yellowstone National Park was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1085144, citation number 1, item number 4a and was affirmed as a final order on January 21, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Yellowstone National Park, WY, 82190.
