29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent):  a) 300 Commerce Drive - Employees working in the warehouse were not protected from open-sided floors 52 to 55 inches in height and approximately 55 feet long, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards on or about August 10, 2016.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(ii): Liquefied petroleum gas container(s) stored inside were located near exits, stairways, or in areas normally used or intended for the safe exit of people:    a) 300 Commerce drive - The employer did not ensure that eight LP cylinders located near an exit, were placed in an area that did not interfere with the egress of employees, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards on or about August 10, 2016.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
