29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about July 27, 2016 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees were working from the bucket of an aerial lift truck and the employer did not ensure that a body belt and lanyard were worn when working from the aerial lift truck. Employees were thereby exposed to falling greater than 15 feet to grade.
