29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): The area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area: Outside the Security Service Federal Credit Union, main campus building, northwest: On or about July 22, 2016, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard from falling stone while working/walking within an active scaffold work zone that did not have barriers to keep workers out.
