Workers were exposed to falling up to 21 feet to the hard ground below. b) On or about July 27, 2016 - at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not ensure that its employees were protected by means of a complete guardrail system or other means of fall protection when working at the working levels of the supported scaffolding system. Workers were exposed to falling up to 21 feet to the hard ground below. Bricks R Us, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1084339, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 305 Ogden Ave., Downers Grove, IL 60515.
