29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Stock Room, Northwest wall: On, or about, 08/04/2016 where employees were performing battery cell visual inspections and exposed to sulfuric acid the emergency eyewash station was blocked by materials stored in front of the station.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Stock Room, Northwest wall: On, or about, 08/04/2016 the employer did not maintain sufficient space to allow for access and working space for ready and safe operation of such equipment whereby Dock Leveler cutoff switches had material stored directly in front and within 36 inches of the equipment.
