29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    (a) The employer's written Hazard Communication program did not incorporate the provisions of the Revised Hazard Communication Standard of 2012.  Missing from the employer's Hazard Communication program were the incorporation of OSHA's Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals. The written program did not identify, nor refer to the use of GHS's pictograms, signal words, hazard statements, precautionary statements, classification of chemical hazards, use of Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and training of employees on the new GHS requirements.  The employees routinely use chemicals such as glass cleaner, acetone, propane fuel and Argon and Krypton gases.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): To facilitate cleaning, every floor, working place, and passageway shall be kept free from protruding nails, splinters, holes, or loose boards.  (a) The concrete seam where Shipping/Receiving floor meets the saw department floor had an expanded crack exposing employees to a tripping and fall hazard.  (b) The east/west aisle way between the saw department floor and materials storage area floor had a section of uneven concrete of approximately two foot in diameter. This exposed employees to a tripping and fall hazard.
