29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(vii): Where practicable, all combustibles was not relocated at least 35 feet (10.7 m) from the work site. Or where relocation is impracticable, combustibles were not protected with flameproofed covers or otherwise shielded with metal or asbestos guards or curtains. On or about August 3, 2016, and at times prior thereto, in the flame trim area an employee was permitted to perform cutting operation within 35 feet from combustible materials without flame proofed protection provided. The employees were exposed to fire hazard.
