29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous. a) South end of building: A Utilitech Pro floor fan used at the worksite was equipped with a 120 volt electrical cord, that was missing the ground prong on the plug-end. Mitchell Brothers , Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 523458, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at Building 151, Parris Island, SC 29905.
