29 CFR 1910.304(g)(6)(vi)(C)(1): 29 CFR 1910.304(g)(6)(vi)(C)(1): Exposed noncurrent-carrying metal parts of cord- and plug-connected equipment, such as refrigerators. freezers. and air conditioners were not grounded: In the break room / locker room the Westinghouse Model RVK31REW2 Serial RK273091 refrigerator operating at 115 volts was plugged into a 125 volt grounded outlet using a 2 wire flexible cord without ground. Testing with a Greenlee GT-11 voltage detector indicated the metal chassis of the refrigerator was not grounded.
