A cart with merchandise was set in the exit way at the doorway from the retail area to the stock room, inhibiting free and unobstructed access to the side exit door.    b. At several locations throughout the store, rolltainers full of merchandise, push carts full of merchandise, customer carts full of merchandise, and boxes of merchandise were set in aisle ways, either partially or totally blocking emergency egress from the store to the exit doors.    The DOLGENCORP, LLC dba Dollar General, was previously cited for a repeat violation of this standard or its equivalent 1910.37(a)(3) which was contained in the following OSHA inspections:     1. No. 1082459, citation 2, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 2-16-16, with respect to a workplace located at 219 O'Fallon Plaza, O'Fallon, MO 63366;    2. No. 1062209, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11-4-15, with respect to a workplace located at 9465 Lewis and Clark, Jennings, MO 63136;    3. No. 1012465, citation 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 4-7-15, with respect to a workplace located at 203 Wedowee St., Bowdon, GA 30108;    4. No. 1008065, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12-16-15, with respect to a workplace located in Bear, DE.    Other locations were also cited for this standard.
