29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) Leo & D Construction LLC, at 2960 Inca St., Denver, CO 80202: On and before June 23, 2016, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees performing balcony repairs on the outside of a multi-family dwelling were elevated above the ground from the basket of a JLG aerial lift while not wearing fall protection. This hazard exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 25-30 feet.
