29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Auto Shop: On August 8, 2016, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while painting and fixing vehicles with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, adhesives (including toluene and amorphous silica) and primers (including urethane) without maintenance of a hazard communication program to address key issues such as, but not limited to, hazard identification, necessary personal protective equipment, and exposure effects.
