29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 1469 Wyomissing Road Mohnton, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing residential roofing work activity on a steep slope two (2) in 12 up to a 14 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet to the ground below, on or about August 4, 2016. No abatement certification or documentation required.
