29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about August 3, 2016: a) An employee utilizing a JLG T350 aerial lift was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet when the employer failed to ensure that the employee was provided and using a suitable restraint system while in the lift. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
