29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about August 3, 2016: a) While acting as the controlling contractor, employees for the sub contractor were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while utilizing an aerial lift and not using a restraint system. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
