29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects were not protected by protective helmets: a) Hartford School, Mount Laurel, NJ: On or about August 9, 2016, a Jim Miller Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc. employee was working on the ground, beneath workers stripping a roof. The employee was not wearing a hard hat and was thus exposed to potential overhead struck by hazards from falling materials.
