29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: a) Job site, Cheektowaga, NY - On or about 08/10/2016 and ongoing, employees uses chemicals such as, but not limited to Proline Plus 300 which contain Diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), Polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate, and 4'4"-Diphenyl methane diisocyante. The employer had not obtained and provided Safety Data Sheets for employees. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
