29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: a) Grounds Maintenance Shop - On or about 8/3/16, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when the electrical circuit wires attached to the wall were not properly terminated. Wire nuts were left exposed. b) Grounds Maintenance Shop - On or about 8/3/16, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when the electrical panel box door did not effectively close. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
