29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about August 9th, 2016, and at time prior thereto, at the Tortilleria Manufacturing facility where employees were baking tortillas products on the Tortillas Oven Line, the sprocket wheels and chains were unguarded. The JOPA Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958265, citation number 1, item number 2 c and was affirmed as a final order on June 20th, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 366 US Hwy 281, Brownsville, TX 78520.
