Automatic Sheeter Machine System; b. PreCut Machine System; c. Dual feed, heavy duty Grommet Machine System; d. Geomembrane Liner and Cover FABRICATOR; e. Hot Air Welding and rolling Machine System; f. Sewing Machine-Tacker; g. Bar Sealer Impulse 24; and, h. Hot Air and Sewing Air Compressor.   The Reef Industries, Inc. was previously cited for violation of this Occupational and Health Administration Standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection 960959, Citation 1, Item 2 and was issued on June 16th, 2014, and affirmed as a final order on July 10th, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 10020 Mykawa Rd, Houston, TX 77048.
