29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: Employees engaged in kitchen activities at or near the electric grill were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the electrical wiring for the fan and light above the cooking grill had live wires exposed which were not covered. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Employees engaged in maintenance activities in the mechanical room were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards in that the circuit breaker panel box (Sub Panel A) had unused openings in slot #1, 2, and 10. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
